General Operations Note:
All Passenger consists have time-table precedence over way freights. Way freights are to have the main line cleared for the arrival of passenger consists or as directed by Dispatcher.
Valley Flyer has precedence over local and express passenger consists, although time table would indicate that no conflicts should exist.
Train #56, the Valley Flyer
The Valley Flyer arrives from Santa Fe controlled trackage at the Valentine Station. The Flyer is scheduled to depart Valentine station no later than 4:20 am.
The first eastbound stop is at Isaiah. Passenger and freight operations are on opposite sides of the Isaiah station, so there will be no conflict. The Flyer is scheduled to leave Isaiah no later than 4:30 am.
The Flyer is scheduled to leave Obadiah no later than 5:30 am. The Flyer should use the inside track to avoid conflicts with passengers and concurrent freight operations. Way freight operations will be clear of the main line, in accordance with time table operations.
The Valley Flyer arrives at Black Canyon Yard no later than 6:30 am and returns to Santa Fe trackage at that time.
